10. No Warranty

The Website is provided “as is” without any warranty whatsoever. The Attorney makes every effort to ensure that the pages, information, content, services, and features of the Website are available at all times, without interruption, without errors, and that errors are corrected without undue delay. You acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any damage, harm, cost, or burden you may suffer as a result.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be liable to the Attorney, her associates, or any third party for restoring any damage, harm, or cost they may suffer due to or in connection with your use of the Website and in particular due to your breach of these or any amended Terms.

13. No Waiver of Rights

Any tolerance, delay, inability, or other failure by the Attorney to pursue the enforcement of these or any amended Terms of Use or to exercise the rights provided herein shall under no circumstances be construed as a waiver of these rights or any other provision.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms becomes contrary to law or unenforceable, it shall automatically cease to apply and shall be promptly removed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. The Attorney undertakes to make every effort to replace invalid provisions with valid ones of similar, where possible, content.
